Throughout 2018, I gave myself a grace period. I knew the year was going to be one of a great many transitions-- more than I expected, so it turned out. My resolution to myself was to rethink imperfection as a facet of life.

Maya graduated from Elizabethtown College in May and concluded her duties as STS Production Assistant. On Monday she'll being a new chapter as a newsroom intern at the renown Philadelphia public radio station, WHYY.

I draw on the strength of these same bonds to announce that this is my last term at Elizabethtown College. In Fall 2018, I will be joining the Department of Religious Studies at the University of Alabama as Assistant Professor of Religious Studies.
